Cleansing Mango-Cilantro Smoothie

Serves: One

Gluten-free, Soy-free, Oil-free, Nut-free, Vegan (of course!)

This smoothie is a refreshing glass of sunshine! Not only is this smoothie ultra delicious but it also contains healing properties, thanks to the nourishing properties of fruit and the cleansing properties of cilantro. Cilantro contains vitamins A,C,E, and K, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, antioxidants, and it rids the body of heavy metals.

  • One frozen spotty banana
  • One mango
  • One tbsp. of cilantro
  • Two cups of spinach
  • One tbsp. of hemp seeds
  • The juice from two limes
  • A two-second splash of coconut water

How to Make:

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend all of the ingredients together, placing them in the blender in this order: spinach, cilantro, hemp seeds, mango, banana.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Enjoy!
