Serves: one-two (depending on how large your salad is)
Gluten-free, Soy-free, Oil-free, Nut-free, Vegan (of course!)
This sweet and tangy dressing is the taste of summer! I could literally drink this dressing because it is so delicious!
- One mango
- Five grape tomatoes
- 1/4 of a cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- The juice from one lime
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Place all ingredients except for the water into a blender and blend them until smooth.
- If the dressing is too thick for your enjoyment, add in some water to thin.
- Top onto my Spring Salad, your favorite salad, or other dish and enjoy!!
